The Han was founded as a family business 25 years ago. For 25 years, our priority has always been customer satisfaction. With the passion for customer satisfaction, we have progressed to this day. In this journey that began in Sultanahmet, Istanbul, we have now taken the first steps towards branding to adapt to the digital world.
Today, we can proudly say that after 25 years of accumulation and experience, we have never lost our commitment to customer satisfaction. We have always strived to meet the needs of our customers by focusing on them.


This journey, which we started in the historical and cultural texture of Istanbul, has now enabled us to open up to the new opportunities brought by the digitalised world. We wish to establish a presence on digital platforms and communicate more with our customers. In addition, the first steps we have taken towards branding offer us the opportunity to introduce The Han brand to a wider audience and expand our customer base.
Our goal for the future is to further strengthen The Han brand and always keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. We will continue our efforts to deepen our relationship with our customers and to gain a valuable place in their lives.
